Celebrations, Events & Private Dining in Gees Gallery

Our famous Grade ll listed, Victorian Glasshouse known ‘Gees Restaurant & Bar’ which closed on 21st February 2022 for a full, top-to-bottom makeover, will reopen the week commencing 23rd May 2022.

 

The expansion, which includes the addition of two brand-new spaces; Gees Gallery and Gees Secret Garden, provides the capacity to seat up to 220 guests throughout the new utopia of Gees Restaurant & Bar, Gallery and Secret Garden.

 

Jeremy Mogford: “You will find a brand-new kitchen and back of house facilities, we’ve switched the position of bar and its seating, along with a total redecoration throughout. In addition, you will discover Gees Gallery and Secret Garden.”

Private Dining – Gees Gallery

 

‘Gees Gallery’ upholds an authentic and organic feel, with bare stone walls, oak panelling and a flash of rich green marble. This spacious and light-filled space, will feature a unique and evolving art collection, state-of-the-art video and conferencing equipment, and its own private bar.

 

Gees takes pride in serving fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients which will continue to be the philosophy behind the food on offer. Signature dishes from Gees’ Mediterranean inspired set menus, cooked by new Head Chef Matt Smith and his team will be available for private dining events including; wedding receptions, graduation celebrations, birthdays, conferencing & meetings, or uniquely tailored events, with a variety of seating options.
