Rustic yet refined, Gees gives any lunch or dinner a defining edge. Groups of up to 10 are welcome in the conservatory, sharing the lively atmosphere with fellow diners. For larger, private celebrations, the art-filled Gees Gallery features its own private bar and seats up to 36 diners.

Head Chef Lee Parsons and his team excel in dishes that dance with southern European verve. Menus champion the seasons with the finest local ingredients cooked the Spanish and Italian way.

From Gees, a walk of 20 minutes brings you to this luxury hotel, standing proud opposite the world-renowned Radcliffe Camera and All Souls College. The 43 rooms & suites are bright and contemporary with leather desks and exquisite fabrics and furnishings.

If we’re a large party, how long is our table reserved for?

Three hours.

How long can I reserve a room for my party?

Normally between three and four hours, depending on the room.

Can you put together bespoke menus?

Certainly. Our head chefs love to play with flavours and can meet with you to discuss a menu designed specifically for your event.

Can we access the private room prior to the event, the evening before for example?

This may be possible based on availability and may incur an extra charge.

What are the payment options for my event?

We normally organise a pre-payment via credit card or bank transfer before your event. UK companies can also apply for credit to be invoiced after the event.

What can you do for my special birthday or anniversary?

We always aim to assist you with your celebrations if you contact us at least 48 hours in advance.

Do you serve halal/kosher food?

We are happy to do so on request with at least seven days’ notice.
